Hello Fellow Marketers! My name is Nicholas Chase, met Wes at the July Meetup202 in SF. Friend of some of the big players like Jonathan Volk, Volk Marketing and read all of the usual blogs, Shoemoney, ProBlogger, John Chow, Stephen Truong, Seth's Blog and many more.

Starting my on-line business on the cheap with four monetized blogs, and a fifth one on Wordpress to learn..Wordpress.

Joined Market Leverage, PepperJam, ClickBank, Commission Junction, COPEAC, and others.

Ready to begin with Yahoo Search Marketing, on a $1,000.00 PayPal Credit Card.

Any tips, warnings, advice, pitfalls, traps to avoiding spending the whole thousand on 'clicks'?

Respectfully, Nicholas Chase - 'newbie'

Set daily spending limits until you've learned PPC well enough to know you won't make a small mistake that cost big.

Utilize the free credits you can get but be careful, abuse them and you'll get ban.

Test a small group of offers or one offer through select networks rather than a ton of offers from several networks. This will help keep your attention in one place and allow you to test offers fully to get as much data as possible rather than have half-assed data on a bunch of campaign and run out of funding before you can do anything.

Understand that failure is a part of success and have fun doing it.

There are lots more but it's really hard to narrow it down to a feasible list that I'm willing to type but good luck in either case.
